Before submit your registration, please read the below agency terms carefully.
ELIGIBILITY
Only individuals or entities that are legally allowed to enter into agreements and refer clients are eligible to become agents.
COMMISSION
Agents will receive a commission based on a percentage of the system maintenance fee that we receive from clients they refer. The commission percentage will be specified in the agent registration agreement and is subject to change at our discretion. The commission fee will be based on the Commission Schedule.
In the event of a breach of contract by the referred client, we reserve the right to use the unpaid commision to cover any losses or damages incurred.
PAYMENT
Commission payments will be made to the agent's designated account within 10 business days of receiving the system maintenance fee from the referred client.
REFERRAL PROCESS
Agents must follow our referral process when referring clients to us. This process may include providing clients with our contact information, explaining our services, and providing any necessary documentation.
RESTRICTIONS
Agents are not permitted to make any representations or warranties about our services beyond what is provided in our official marketing materials or authorized by us in writing.
TERMINATION
Either party may terminate the agent registration agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party. However, the termination shall be subject to the condition that the agent has no outstanding liabilities, obligations, or unsettled payments to us.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Agents must keep all client and company information confidential and must not disclose such information to any third party without our prior written consent.
GOVERNING LAW
The agent registration agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where we are based.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the agent registration agreement or the agent's referral of clients.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The agent registration agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written.
DEPOSIT
We will hold 10% of the investment amount of referred clients as a guarantee deposit from the agent's commission. This means that for every new client referred by the agent, we will deduct 10% of the investment amount from the commission earned by the agent. The investment amount will be calculated based on the remaining balance of funds in the client's trading account after clearance.
The deposit held by us as a guarantee from the agent's commission will be released once the service with the referred client ends. The release of the deposit will be subject to the referred client's satisfactory performance and settlement of all outstanding fees and charges. In the event of a breach of contract by the referred client, we reserve the right to use the deposit to cover any losses or damages incurred. Any remaining deposit after covering the losses or damages will be refunded to the agent.
