• The VP Systematic CTA Program charges a monthly system maintenance fee based on the annualized return at the time of calculation.

• The fee is calculated as a percentage of the profits generated by the client's investment and varies depending on the plan chosen.

• Clients will be notified of the fee calculation and charged accordingly.

• The fee is calculated monthly, and the fee percentage may change if the investment's performance changes throughout the year.

• Clients should carefully review the fee structure and consider their investment goals and risk tolerance before choosing a plan.

• The system maintenance fee must be paid by transferring the specified amount to the designated cryptocurrency wallet address provided by V Partner Limited.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring that they transfer the correct amount to the correct wallet address and should only use the designated wallet address provided by V Partner Limited.

• V Partner Limited will not be responsible for any losses incurred by clients as a result of transferring the fee to an incorrect or unauthorized wallet address.

• Clients are required to pay the fee within the specified timeframe, as stated in the agreement.

• Failure to pay the fee may result in the suspension or termination of the client's account with V Partner Limited.

• The System maintenance fee for the VP Systematic CTA Program will be calculated on the 1st day of every month at 00:00 (UTC+8).

• The monthly return for the System maintenance fee will be calculated based on the closing balance on the last day of the current month and the last clearing day of the previous rental period.

• V Partner Limited reserves the right to adjust the System maintenance fee calculation schedule at any time and at its sole discretion.

• Any dispute or claim arising from the System maintenance fee or Monthly Return calculation will be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution procedure outlined in the Agreement.

• All calculations shall be made to two decimal points (or two decimal digits). In the event that a calculation results in a fraction of a cent, it shall be rounded off to the nearest cent.
